The visionaries behind HerSphere's mission
Kuhle Mbono is a software development student and the founder of this platform. Her interest in tech began after completing short online courses, which helped her discover a passion for programming and led her to pursue formal studies in software development.
Through her own learning journey, she noticed how difficult it can be for beginners to know where to start and stay motivated. This inspired her to create a platform that simplifies entry into tech for women by providing curated free resources, guidance, and learning paths.The goal of the platform is to make tech more accessible and help women explore whether it is a path they want to pursue, at their own pace.

Oratile is Co-Founder of HerSphere. Driven by a love for how computers and data work, she helps young women access tech skills, courses, and resources to close the gender gap in STEM.
As a Data Science student skilled in backend development and machine learning, she’s building innovative, equitable pathways into tech.
